- Answer Inbound calls for prospects seeking new policies for personal lines insurance including auto, home, or umbrella insurance policies
- Be able to convert prospects into active new customers and cross-sale other products
- Advise clients regarding carrier insurance products and state insurance guidelines
- Cross-sale a variety of products and recommend clients options optimized to their needs
- Be an expert on product knowledge given during training and state insurance guidelines
- Provide feedback and ideas on how to better internal processes to meet customer needs more effectively
- Handle and resolve customer needs/complaints, determine cause of problem, expedite correction and follow up to ensure resolution
- Focus on 100% dedication to taking care of customers from beginning to end, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
- Increase customer utilized products by providing policy gaps and/or missing lines of business (cross selling and up-selling)
- Show a dedication to handling cancellation requests with a focus on retaining business
- Meticulously maintain a customer database
- Identify situations that require follow-up to prevent future call-backs, dissatisfaction, or impact to customer retention
- 1 Years of Personal Lines Insurance Experience
- Resident Personal Lines Insurance License a must
- Bilingual a strongly preferred
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
- Applicants may be subject to background check
- Strong Work Ethic
- Strong Internal Communication skills
- Ability to handle high sales volume calls while maintaining professional outlook
- Desire to grow one’s individual sales skillset
- Propensity to work with others and come up with new ideas
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via text, email, and voice
- Prior remote experience preferred
- Active L&H License not required but a bonus
- Industry designations such as: CIC, CISR
- Experience using VOIP dialers, CRM, and agency management tools
- Experience with Auto and Home Insurance Sales
- Proven track record of sales growth
- Strong Personal Insurance circle of influence (large network of financial industries such as: real estate, lenders, banking etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
