Overview

Califia Farms seeks a dynamic Accounts Receivable Analyst who is organized and passionate about ensuring accurate and efficient accounts receivable tasks. This is a remote position in Los Angeles. 

Responsibilities

• Daily cash receipts postings
• Daily deductions postings
• Communicate with the sales team and others in the organization (i.e., customer service, logistics and operations) to help validate deductions
• File deduction disputes as necessary
• Posting journal entries as needed
• Communicate with customers about billing discrepancies and past due accounts
• Identify any accounts receivable issues during invoice processing and help resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Food & Beverage industry experience is a plus
• Experience with communicating with customers and others in the organization
• Knowledge of deductions and deduction processing preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Ross or other related Accounting Software
• Consistently uses Microsoft Excel and has a working knowledge of spreadsheets and certain functions
• Team player, can take on delegated responsibilities and projects, and willingness to perform at a high level
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Salary: $30.00 - $32.00/hour
