We are currently seeking a Vice President of Finance (VPF) to drive further growth.
Overview
As a key member of the senior management team, the VPF will have overall responsibility for the Finance and Administration functions of the firm. This position will report to the CEO and work closely with other key executives to optimize the firm's growth and profitability. Demonstrating and promoting , CADUCEUS values and culture are key to being a part of this leadership team.
The seasoned VPF will be experienced in managing change and growth, and will have clear and polished communication and presentation skills. They must be strategic and at the same time be able to roll up their sleeves and delve into the details.
Responsibilities
· Oversee long-term planning and cost management in alignment with , CADUCEUS strategic plan and make recommendations to enhance firm's profitability and financial position.
· Highly skilled in creating and building bonus programs
· Lead the annual budgeting process and related financial reporting and forecast updates.
· Monitor financial performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare and deliver detailed reports to management and owner
· Manage accounting operations and staff performing those duties including accounts payable, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections and day-to-day cash monitoring.
· Partner with Client Sales Leader to optimize sales targets in line with firm goals and to develop and evaluate alternative revenue opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee financial IT systems.
· Monitor and manage firm's cash flow and risk management/insurance.
· Manage and innovate business incentive programs.
· Mentor and manage accounting department personnel, focus on continuous improvements.
· Manage external relationships with banks, tax accountants, attorneys, insurers and government agencies.
· Lead M&A opportunities.
· Lead organic expansion
Desired Skills and Experience
· MUST of experience working in the medical field
· Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in accounting, business accounting, or finance
· 10 years of finance experience including progressively responsible roles
· Background in building budgets
· Experience in building dashboards
· Highly skilled in building a bonus program
· Proven leadership skills, including ability to understand and support company values, objectives and strategy
· Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
· Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues
· Understanding of analytics and finance systems
· Demonstrated ability be a versatile problem solver

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
