We are seeking a motivated, curious, and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Vice President of Finance. In this position you will be the right hand of our CFO. We are an exciting healthcare company with a successful growth strategy.

As the VP of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and providing strategic guidance to drive the financial success of our organization. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, extensive financial knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Duties:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Data analysis of KPI's with in-depth reporting on the "why's" of the variances

- Provide support to M&A process including financial modeling
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
