Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various healthcare positions. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare professionals
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment

Skills:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Familiarity with human resources principles and practices
- Experience with succession planning and talent management is a plus
- Proficient in conducting research on job markets, competitors, and salary trends
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
