C&L Aviation Group is on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Helpdesk Technician. This is a full-time position is based in our Bangor, Maine office, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Offer direct support to users within a Windows domain, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
• Provide expert remote support to users leveraging advanced remote control tools, ensuring timely assistance regardless of location.
• Oversee and maintain a diverse range of IT services, including LAN, WAN, websites, databases, and server environments (Windows and Linux), ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage Active Directory and Exchange services, ensuring efficient user and email administration.
• Administer and support cloud-based technologies including Microsoft Entra, 365 and other cloud services, enhancing our infrastructure's scalability and security.
• Accurately triage, document, and resolve issues within our ticket tracking system, ensuring a clear record and efficient resolution of IT challenges.

Job Requirements

• While there are no strict minimums for education or experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in operating and troubleshooting computers within a networked environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. The ability to clearly understand and address user needs, providing friendly and effective support, is a must.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies is crucial. We value team members who are eager to grow their skills and contribute to the evolution of our IT practices.
