What will you do as Sales Support I:

• Enter customer orders and quotes into our industry specific Windows based software
• Process paperwork for Accounting to issue credits/returns on customer invoices
• Assist with in-store customer pickups
• Process shipping authorizations
• Email customers their order pick up notifications
• Source and check stock and inventory levels for products
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers visiting our office
• Serve as back-up for the receptionist, as needed
• Additional duties as needed to support sales growth as determined by Sales Management

Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant sales tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales representatives, and other support staff
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing and documentation
• Ability to adapt to change in priorities, processes, and customer needs
• Energetic attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a goal oriented mindset
• Upholding a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Reporting to the assigned work area on time and present for the scheduled hours

Additional Requirements:

• Customer service or administrative workplace experience preferred
