- Use industry-specific software to retrieve order information
- Safely operate a manual pallet jack
- Load pallets in compliance with safety procedures
- Serve as backup to Finishing Department Pack Processor as necessary
- Tag products according to order instructions
- Attach labels according to order instructions
- Fold or bag products manually or with a folding machine
- Pack boxes according to order instructions
- Assist Embroidery and Print Production to prepare orders
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Proficiency with Windows-based software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
- Physical ability to stand on a concrete surface
- Willingness to work extra hours, varied shifts, and weekends as necessary
