C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a NIGHT SHIFT SCREEN DEPARTMENT LEAD to join an ambitious and growing team. The Screen Department Lead assists with the success of the Ink & Screens Department by ensuring that Screen Department Operators have all the necessary tools to complete their tasks efficiently and safely, all while reviewing production numbers and communicating any issues with management or relevant personnel. The Screen Department Operator Lead proactively prepares for upcoming tasks by performing end-of-day procedures and helps ensure a smooth transition for the subsequent team. Employees at C.C. • Consistently communicate with any personnel, equipment, safety, or order issues with management. 
• I-Image Room: Prioritize jobs, monitor screen inventory levels, and ensure all processes are followed.
• Coating Room: Communicate mesh needs and monitor quality control. Ensure that the correct screen meshes are coated.
• Curing Room: Monitor the humidity levels and check the coated screen quality.
• Eco-Tex Area: communicate mesh needs and monitor quality control. Ensure that the machines are constantly running, and that the goal number of runs is hit.
• Reclaiming Area: Communicate mesh needs, Ensure PPE is being used.

• Verify that the Eco-Rinse, Dip Tank, and vacuum have been drained and cleaned properly.
• Verify that the tapes used are restocked.
• Verify that the I-Images have been cleaned.

• Verify that the trays and equipment have been cleaned properly. 
• Verify that screens have been loaded onto the racks or stored on the wall in the drying room.

• Verify that the Eco-Tex machines have been cleaned properly.
• Verify that the area and equipment have been cleaned properly.
• Verify that cleaned screens have been moved to the coating room.

• Verify that the area and equipment have been cleaned properly.
• Verify that all squeegees have been cleaned.

• 1 years of supervisory experience 
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
