Overview: To successfully assist in growing the Hamilton County market by training and developing staff in the area. Will manage and oversee all field staff in the Hamilton County area and responsible for the day-to-day operations.

· Clean, Train, Assist staff in the Hamilton County area

· Assist w/ recruiting cleaning staff in the area

· Train Cleaning Techs

· Ability to assist and adapt to last minute schedule changes

· Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals

· Ensure that the cleaning scopes sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals)

· Scheduled and Random site inspections

· Works closely with executive leadership team to monitor client quality scores and follow-ups

· Conduct and Attend Staff meetings held weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly

· Work minimum of 40 hours per week, week can be as high as 45 hours per week

· Performance-based incentives (bonuses)- Based on KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

• Must be willing to clean if staffing requirements are not at proper levels to take care of clients.

• Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, Previous Cleaning Experience, at-least 1 year of Management Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,100.00 - $37,440.00 per year
