Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures
- Manage calendars and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Coordinate human resources activities such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee benefits administration
- Maintain employee records and files
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of calendar management, front desk operations, budgeting, human resources, file management, administrative tasks, and phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Previous experience in team management is a plus
