JOB DESCRIPTION
* * *Paid Training for 1-3 weeks.
*Serve as a primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via telephone, Internet, e-mail or faxtransmission.
* Provide customer service assistance for all internal and external customers .

* Maintain required quality levels for phone and data entry activities
* Follow pre-defined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve and escalate customer issues.
Shift - Monday to Friday ONLY.
SHIFTS:Mon - Fri 5am - 130pm, 6am - 230pm, 7am - 330pm, 8am-430pm

REQUIREMENTS:
- pass drug test & background check
- high school diploma or GED
- able to interview ASAP & start workin 2 wks
