Administrative Assistant

General administrative support for production site. Performs a variety of administrative and general support duties for production leads and manufacturing areas.

• Performs normal office functions such as managing lab coat stocks each day, keep up with general production housekeeping items, setting up and maintaining files for team leads;
• assisting with conference room and arranging meetings. May take and transcribe actions in meetings; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, communication correspondence (site emails, posters, display monitors, etc), and memorandums;

reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

Will receive guidance and direction, as needed, from higher-level administrative assistants on site. Candidates will be working in a variety of different buildings, supporting various teams.

Required Qualifications :

1-High school diploma required (Associate's degree desired)

2-previous administrative experience (preferred, but not required)

3-experience using Microsoft Office Suite

5-interim secret clearance required to start position.

First shift schedule-Monday through Thursday 10 hour day. 7 : 00am-5 : 30pm (30 minute lunch)

Active secret clearance preferred, willing to consider candidates with a previously held active clearance. Interim secret clearance required to start position.
