BusyKids is searching for energetic Team Members to join us in our Folsom location. As an assistant operations lead, you’ll be cross-trained in all aspects of the BusyKids experience – from greeting at the door, to working the floor, to operating a cash register, needs of the coffee shop, to facilitating events/parties and keeping the shop and play space sparkling clean. The assistant operations lead will be the conductor, and needs to be able to assess the needs of the team and the facility. This position requires leadership and organization skills. You must be able to follow systems and feel comfortable delegating with purpose.
The weekdays take more of an administrative effort, while planning for the week ahead, events, and parties. On the weekends, you can expect to be on the floor conducting the team and operations.
You’ll be given task checklists and outlines for all your duties. Training and organizational policies will be provided to ensure that you do your work in a way that is both safe, secure, and fun. Working as a team is expected and encouraged. Teamwork makes the dream work!

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Basic math and reading skills.
*Email communication experience.
*Phone communication skills.
* Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
* Passion for children and families a must!
* Must be able to prove authorization to work in the US with appropriate documentation.
* Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs. with or without assistance and/or accommodations.
* Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
* Ability to bend, reach and grasp throughout the workday.
* Ability to do cleaning with completely non-toxic EPA registered products.
