Lane Florence is a local, independent full-service financial planning and investment firm with offices in Folsom and Cameron Park.

Job Description

Provide administrative support for four financial advisors in an independent financial planning/asset management firm. Part-time (20 hrs./week) position working in-person in our Folsom office.

Duties

Communicate with clients and advisors. Complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Organize client documents and reports, summarize and input data into software programs, prepare spreadsheets, process account paperwork. Interact with clients, advisors and home office staff to solve problems, facilitate operations and solicit information as needed. Maintain books and records. Review financial statements and summarize data for investment and financial planning activities. Follow through and complete projects in a timely manner. Offer logistical and administrative support for firm marketing activities and events.

Minimum Requirements

• Age 21, ability to pass the required background check
• High school graduate, some college preferred
• Two years’ experience in an office setting (financial services or law office preferred)
• One-year customer service experience
• Knowledge and proficiency with basic office computer programs; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM software, video conferencing
• Detail oriented and self-directed
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with different personalities, ages and financial circumstance with professionalism.
• U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident

Compensation

$22- $25/hr. based upon qualifications and experience.
