We are in search of a highly skilled maintenance tech to help keep our residential, commercial, and self-storage properties in tip-top shape. We need someone who is proactive, organized, and efficient, with the professional insight and experience to manage a steady workflow. Schedule:
- Mon-Fri: 9 AM-5:30 PM
Benefits:
- $3,000 Yearly Medical Stipend

Responsibilities:- Complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Perform various maintenance functions: electrical, plumbing, appliances, and grounds maintenance
- Work with the property management to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal policies
- Navigate and Utilize AppFolio for daily maintenance task tracking and completion
- Contribute to community resident retention programs
- Preserve and respect resident confidentiality and privacy
- Interact positively with residents and the community
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs and ongoing maintenance and repair
- Provide professional insight and recommendations for third-party vendors
- Maintain and provide updated property notes for the maintenance manual
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- 2 years of maintenance experience
- Time Management skills are a MUST
- Understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Excellent attitude and team support are mandatory character traits
- No Criminal Background
- Residing in Salt Lake County Highly Preferred
