Position: Capital Sales Engineer Salary Grade: E2
Purpose: Cultivate positive customer relations and successfully close profitable sales with preexisting and potential customers. Prepare precise quotes from customer input and effectively communicate information for accurate product design and fulfillment. Reports to the assistant vice president of sales.

·Implement and practice effective 5S and participate in regular team 5S audits.

·Know, understand and follow all applicable BOT processes and procedures.

·Able to observe and develop workable solutions in a variety of situations and perform root cause analysis.

·Organize and conduct concise, timely and logical presentations, discussions, and reports for a variety of stakeholders.
·Participate in regular employee reviews including setting and achieving goals.
Skills: Essential qualifications and functions gained through training and experience
·This position requires the use of a computer; precision measuring instruments; calculator; general office equipment. Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products is required.
·High school diploma or equivalent. 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field highly preferred, or equivalent experience.
· Candidate must be willing and able to travel on demand.
·High energy level, comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities in a high stress level environment.
·Documentation of a drug screen must be provided prior to starting this position.
