This position is concurrently open to Merit Promotion eligibles under Announcement Number : BOR-CPN-24-12331502-MP-OPM.

Duties

The selectee for this position will provides a combination of procurement, fleet coordination / management, administrative and some clerical support to meet a wide variety of program requirements.

Positions are located at the Minidoka Dam and at the Palisades Dam providing support and services to the Minidoka Facility and Powerplant or Palisades Facility and Powerplant.

Major duties include, but are not limited to :

• Processing procurement requisitions for supplies, equipment or services through financial system.
• Providing motor vehicle management.
• Processing travel authorization and voucher through travel system.
• Verifying and submitting time and attendance
• Performing general office duties.
