We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children.

- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

- Utilize various teaching methods to ensure all children's learning styles are accommodated.

- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

- Provide individualized attention to students who require extra support or tutoring.

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive educational experience for preschoolers.

Education Qualifications:

Education:

• BA in Early Childhood or
• Associate’s in Early Childhood Education and currently enrolled in college with a Department of Health approved Study Plan and a minimum of 9 credits in early childhood or
• 90 or more undergraduate college credits in Early Childhood Education and 1 year of classroom experience teaching pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, or grades 1 - 2

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, engaging educational environment to meet all of the developmental needs of your students.
• Weekly lesson plans and newsletters.
• Evaluate the progress on an ongoing basis and implements the necessary modifications.
• Ongoing parent communication via Class Dojo
