The goal of an Assistant Teacher at The Baby Play Place Preschool is to assist the Lead Teacher in providing daily care and teaching to children in the 3-k/pre-k classroom. This includes creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn through play and exploration. The Assistant Teacher plays a crucial role in supporting the Lead Teacher to ensure the best care, safety, and healthy development of the children.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in classroom activities
- Help create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily care routines
- Assist with activities that promote child development
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children
- Knowledge of early childhood education
