Bulloch Fabricating Inc. is a Sheet Metal Fabricating shop in Lewisville, TX that was established in 1985. We offer quality design and development of all sheet metal needs, specializing in precision manufacturing and timely delivery. We serve numerous industries, including but not limited to: Baggage Handling
Conveyors, Electrical Cabinets, Store Fixturing, Electronic Processing
Equipment, and Turnkey Machining. We currently have an opening for a HR
Generalist.

HR Generalist Duties Include:

This is a full-time in office position working days, 7:15am-4:00pm.

• Manage Employee Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.
• Train and aid managers in dealing with employees in difficult situations
• Support Managers in personnel needs, including: job posting, initial interviews, hiring, and terminations
• Supporting Employee Administration, including onboarding and off-boarding
• Works closely with department managers to conduct employee evaluations and complete compensation adjustments.
• Builds employee relations and plan company events
• OSHA Reporting, safety compliance, and filing worker’s compensation claims
• Manage General Company Insurance
• Facilitate Policy updates when required
• Assists in answering phones and general office backup when needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual – Spanish - Requirement, Non-negotiable
• 2 years in HR role
• HR Certification preferred (PHR or SHRM-CP)
• Communication skills, verbal and written
• Presentation skills
• Negotiation skills
• HR practices skills
• HR procedures knowledge
• Conflict Resolution Skills
• Effective computer skills, experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Experience with a company ERP, and Benefits websites
• Detailed oriented, organized, self-motivated and dependable

Compensation is commensurate with related experience.
