Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events or banquets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, mixology, and drink recipes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
