Featuring a caf, a diner, a rooftop bar with indoor and outdoor space and a subterranean whiskey bar, Crimson is a one-stop destination for all things southern. Bartender/Server Hybrid Role We are searching for ambitious, friendly individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Provide guests with exceptional service from beginning to end by adhering to the Steps of Service, anticipating and fulfilling each guest's needs and sharing in-depth knowledge of our menu. Responsible for helping guests navigate our menu, pacing courses, developing relationships with guests and helping their teammates on the floor. We offer an established clientele base and room for growth within the company! Responsibilities
Offer every guest friendly service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professional appearance and demeanor
Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies
Fulfill all beverage orders from the bar and dining room with precision, speed and presentation adhering to beverage menu recipe book
Collect money for drinks served and balance cash receipts
Adhere to safety policies, alcoholic beverage service rules, department of health guidelines
Keep kitchen staff informed of any special dietary needs and special requests
Qualifications
Flexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bartender/Server
Have a positive attitude and be passionate about guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Ability to handle and move objects of up to 20lbs
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong teamwork orientation
Proficient in Toast or other POS software
