Job Overview:
We want to expand our real estate portfolio in Rochester, NY by recruiting somebody to lead our operations. The role is currently part time but the opportunity - perfect for a contractor who has other clients or another part-time job.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the properties including reporting and maintenance requests. You will need to be tenacious, highly ambitious and comfortable in an entrepreneurial space.
And you will need to be located in Rochester, NY, USA. There will be work in person that needs to be done re: property management.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reports for investors
Manage property maintenance requests
Manage investor distributions
Monitor rent receivables
Manage property taxes and utilities
Manager corporate taxes
Qualifications
Evidence of tenacity, rigour and drive
Evidence of wanting to break from the rat race
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
