Building by Design, Inc. is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Greeley, CO

Job description

Overview

As our Project Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the necessary tasks to ensure that goals and objectives of construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience managing a commercial/ multi-family construction project ranging from $15-$30 million. Must also proactively seek out problems and solutions, work well without supervision, and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure the project gets done

What You'll Do Every Day

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members about progress of your project
  • Organize and plan with as much detail as possible in order to meet schedule and budget milestones
  • Eliminate roadblocks that would prevent the success of your project

Additional Information

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Project Manager or superintendent in a construction company with more than $15 million annually in revenue.
  • An understanding of construction means and methods associated with the construction of commercial and institutional buildings.
  • The ability to meet or outperform construction schedules and diligently work to meet or beat the project budget.
  • The ability to read and understand architectural and other design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of blueprints, drawings, and models and a working knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical work.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

  • Full benefits package offered includes paid time off, including holidays and vacation, health insurance, life insurance, supplementary insurance, and retirement.

Job Location: Brush, CO

All offers of employment will be contingent on passing a mandatory background check.

Competitive salary based on experience
