PURPOSE
Reporting to the Senior Director of People Technology, the Manager of People Technology oversees the fulfillment of expanding and enhancing HCM functionality aligned to broader HR and organizational goals. The manager coordinates activities across multiple projects via development and management of program strategy and implementation, project delegation, work prioritization, usability and simplification. Additionally, the manager will enable successful implementation of deployment strategy, product development efforts, and HCM strategic roadmap with an emphasis and focus on team member usability of technology.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises assigned team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law.
