Build Your Own Pool Of Georgia is Hiring an Administrative assistant Near Buford, GA

Office Assistant (FT) IMMEDIATE HIRE

An exceptional Full-time Office Assistant wanted for busy Construction and Service Company.

Hours :

Monday-Friday 9-5 or 8-4 no weekends / holidays.

Duties include :

  • Answer phones.
  • Set sales appointments.
  • Gather necessary documents needed for sales.
  • Process warranty claims and service tickets, order supplies, accept deliveries.
  • Customer Service / Billing
  • Data entry, fax / scan.
  • Other duties as requested by office manager.

Qualities desired :

  • Experience with Quick Books is a plus. Experience with Microsoft : Outlook, Excel, Word, is mandatory.
  • Outgoing friendly person who is able to work independently, follow direction as necessary, help out where needed to support office manager and sales assistant.

This is secondary to your position only as time allows).

  • Warranty scheduling : answer calls and e mails to process all warranty claims .
  • Service schedules : work with Operations Manager to assure all service customers are scheduled, answer questions / concerns from our weekly service customers, billing (assure all billing is done for our weekly service customers).
  • Honest, reliable, must have transportation and able to work above schedule.
  • Team player who is willing to help out to get the job done.
  • Excellent communication skills are highly desirable.

This is a permanent long term position with the opportunity to grow with a company who will support you in your desire to learn more and grow with us.

Pay DOE.
