Job Description

We are seeking a seasonal office assistant to join our team to provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and assist with conducting military move surveys. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in a professional office setting and contribute to our organization's mission of providing excellent service to our clients. No prior experience with surveys is required, as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

· Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

· Conduct military move surveys. Training will be provided.

· Ongoing support and guidance will be available to ensure success in the role

Bonus Incentive:

Earn a monthly bonus of $10 for each completed military move survey.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a seasonal position with a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Hours may vary depending on workload, with an average of 35-40 hours per week.

Flexible scheduling options may be available.
