Principal Responsibilities

•  Acquire and Maintain Customers
•  Attend to customer concerns immediately
•  Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes
•  Decipher, prepare and review store reports
•  Ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times
•  Implement sales and marketing programs
•  Managing inventory and cash assets
•  Ensure properly merchandised and priced showroom floor

Physical Requirements

•  Position routinely requires lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for 50‐300 pounds
•  Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching and grabbing as required
•  Traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliance, and electronics
•  Prolonged driving and standing
•  Must be able to work in and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions

General Qualifications

 Minimum 2 year total combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge are acceptable.

Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

• Associate degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management
• Two years’ experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, sales or merchandising
• Two years on the job experience in management or comparable military experience
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm
• Overtime may be required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR) required
• Ability to successfully pass company background check, substance abuse test, and acceptable reference check from previous employers
