Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dealership Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and proficient with social media platforms. Additionally, fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they visit the dealership.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about available vehicles, and schedule test drives.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, promote dealership events, and showcase inventory.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to prospective customers to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle purchase.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database as needed.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, products, and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

• Strong phone communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a CRM platform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
