Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Serve as a medical receptionist, greeting patients, answering phone calls, and assisting with patient inquiries.
- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
- Coordinate projects by organizing and maintaining project files, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members.
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
