Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Faxing and emailing

-Ensuring that common areas in office premises are equipped with required office supplies as appropriate.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or visitors

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
