About Bubble Time:

Bubble Time Express Car Wash is a newer car wash in Wisconsin. We were established in 2022 with 1 goal in mind; becoming the best car wash for all customers to Wash-Good, and Feel-Good doing it.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations to ensure quality carwashes and customer experiences and team efficiency
• Embody Bubble Time's Company Culture and Core Values.
• Maintain staff by recruiting, and training employees.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
• Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyze and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommend improvements.
• Assist with opening and closing duties each shift as well as routine maintenance tasks.
• Warmly greet customers in a timely manner and service their needs.
• Assist customers throughout the payment process and explain Monthly Wash Club program to customers.
• Process changes to memberships in the backend system.
• Maintain facility grounds in a clean and orderly way during hours of operation
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures when needed.
• Contribute to the duties required in sales & marketing of the business necessary for growth.
• Stay on top of customers needs in accordance to membership sales.
• THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB! Please understand this before applying; there is a lot of cleaning, a lot of getting dirty, a lot of standing, and a variety of weather to deal with.

Job Qualifications:

• Carwash and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Represent the company through professionalism and provide superior customer service
• Willingness to learn and retain skills and practices of the car wash industry
• Customer service oriented
• Outgoing & energetic
• Positive attitude
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Dependable (reliable transportation to work)
• Maintain a busy work environment at all times, even when customer wash volume is slow
• Be proactive and interactive with all customers
• Ability to maximize sales, grow with our culture, and lead by example
• Pay is dependent on what you bring to the team as well as experience.
• Must be a reliable team member.
• Assistant Manager is required to have open availability and work when needed.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift
• Must perform duties outside in the heat and cold
• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment

Job Types: Full-time.

Salary: Up to $20.00 per hour
