Job Description:
PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales team.
The analyst will be responsible for managing a specific range of products and will work closely with Sales / Sales Op / HQ Factory counterparts to procure inventory for smooth operation.
The individual will also support strategic projects on behalf of the entire Supply Chain Team, generate reports and represent the SCM team when working with internal/external customers.
He/She will be the primary point of contact for all supply related issues and will interact closely with all teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Purchase / Sales / Inventory Management
AP2 Allocation Forecasting
Order Management
Attend meetings with Sales, Marketing, and HQ
Revenue
KPI Management
Ad hoc reports
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Math or similar
• 1-3 year work experience in relevant field
• Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.
o SAP experience helpful.
• Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
o Korean Language skills for working with Samsung Global Operations helpful - this is NICE TO HAVE.
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
• Must be available to consistently work overtime and on weekends
