BSG Maintenance is Hiring an Office Assistant Near West, WI

Office Assistant

Hours: 7:30am-4pm or Similar

Location: West Bend, WI

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with maintaining labor budgets.

a. Running daily labor budget to actual reports and following up with managers to investigate discrepancies.

b. Running weekly labor budget to actual reports and following up with managers to investigate discrepancies.

c. Working with managers to ensure labor budgets are kept.

2. Assist with maintaining supplies budgets.

a. Keeping accurate records of supplies purchased and comparing them to budgeted amounts.

b. Calling managers to obtain an accurate count of supplies at their site.

c. Working with managers to ensure that supply budgets are kept.

d. Making supply orders.

3. Answering the office phone.

4. Assisting employees who call with questions.

5. Semi Monthly review of all employee timecards.

6. Running weekly overtime reports and calling the managers of the employees in or approaching overtime to make sure proper approval has been obtained for the respective employee to have overtime.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
