Responsibilities:

 Ability to perform different maintenance duties as assigned by the Building Engineer

and Director of Property Management;

 Capability to maintain and make light repairs on plumbing systems;

 Maintain and repair interior and exterior finishes and drywall of properties;

 Maintain and repair electrical issues within properties;

 Operate and repair water pumps and fountains;

 Manage time wisely and productively while working independently;

 Able to use own personal vehicle (truck required) and tools;

 Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties; and

 Able to complete tasks from start to finish.

Qualifications:

 High school graduate or G.E.D. required;

 Valid driver’s license required;

 Minimum of two years general maintenance experience in commercial environment

required;

 Capability to do physical requirements such as stooping, climbing, and ability to lift 40

lbs. or more;

 Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and complete reports; and

 HVAC Certification preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
