Role Description

Role Overview:

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market share significantly.
  • Team Growth and Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Foster an environment of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive business growth. Leverage industry trends and market intelligence to position Lucid Bots as a market leader.
  • Sales Execution Excellence: Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds ambitious sales targets through effective planning, execution, and performance management.
  • Collaborative Integration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing strategies.
  • Customer and Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, enhancing Lucid Bots' brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 50%

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred. At least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, including substantial leadership roles, ideally within the robotic technology sector or industrial, Jan/San, hospitality, or closely related industries. Selling hardware or physical products will be important.
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, achieving and surpassing sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of robotic technologies and their application in maintenance and cleaning, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in Lucid Bots' target industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing CRM and sales automation tools is essential, as is familiarity with inbound and outbound sales strategies, including the flywheel model and in-person events.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships—the capacity to articulate complex product value propositions to a diverse range of clients and partners.
  • Strategic Thinker: A visionary leader with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities, navigating market complexities, and aligning sales strategies with company goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
