Job description:

Responsibilities:

· Ability to perform different maintenance duties as assigned by the Building Engineer and Director of Property Management;

· Capability to maintain and make light repairs on plumbing systems;

· Maintain and repair interior and exterior finishes and drywall of properties;

· Maintain and repair electrical issues within properties;

· Operate and repair water pumps and fountains;

· Manage time wisely and productively while working independently;

· Able to use own personal vehicle (truck required) and tools;

· Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties; and

· Able to complete tasks from start to finish.

Qualifications:

· High school graduate or G.E.D. required;

· Valid driver’s license required;

· Minimum of two years general maintenance experience in commercial environment required;

· Capability to do physical requirements such as stooping, climbing, and ability to lift 40 lbs. or more;

· Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and complete reports; and

· HVAC Certification preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
