Bryson Grading & Paving is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Highlands, NC

Job Opportunity Overview:

We are a GROWING Family run company that is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a VERY active office setting.

Pay based on experience with bonus structure

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
- Human Resource & Safety Reporting Duties

- Yard Sales and Keeping Track of sales tickets

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist is preferred
- Knowledge of trucking, grading, paving, concrete, and general construction preferred.
- Proficiency in using a CRM system
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively

-Bilingual is a huge plus, along with a willingness to learn Spanish if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
