Position Summary:

As the Lead Front Desk Receptionist, you will ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office so that they have a seamless experience. In this position, you will have control of the efficiency of the clinic based on the flow of each patient’s appointment. The ideal candidate will be professional and approachable with exceptional people and organizational skills. We are searching for someone that is wanting to grow with us as we expand our clinic to help the people of our community.

Performance Objectives:

• Oversee and direct the flow of patients throughout the clinic
• Respect the patient’s time by making their visit efficient and effective
• Orchestrates seamless communication systems for patient needs between clinical and clerical
• Coordinate patient reschedules and cancellations
• Ensure available staff are prepared adequately for upcoming shifts to anticipate and prevent backlogs.
• Responsible for reviewing the day’s and week’s schedule in order to create a plan to maximize efficiency
• Assist connecting patients to passive therapy when the rehab team is busy. Disconnecting when necessary
• Manages clinical paperwork

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma required
• Customer Service Experience Required (preferred 2 years)

Salary Range:

$16-$18 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Hours: M-Th 9am-7:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break
