We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team and work alongside our doctors and nurse practitioners--to help patients move better and feel better without pain medication or invasive surgery.

Performance Objectives:
- Perform computerized range of motion assessment following protocol
- Carry out established exercise programs based on doctor's written orders
- Administer decompression therapy following protocols (if applicable)
- Maintain all rehabilitation equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping in pristine condition
- Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow in rehabilitation department
- Chart patient’s progress per clinic protocol
- Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with treatment plan
- Assist patients as needed
- Collect success stories, testimonials and feedback from patients
- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
Education & License: (one of the following licenses/ certifications is required)
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location: Chattanooga, TN 37421

Hourly Pay Range:$24-$27 based on qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: M-TH from 9am-7:30pm
