Must be a United States citizenholding Top Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph. This is anonsite role at the customer location so candidate must be locatedin or within a commutable distance to Fairfax VAarea.

Applicants must be currentlyauthorized to work in the United States without the need for visasponsorship now or in the future.

Overallresponsibility of developing testing strategy and plans with ourclient crossservice teams and thirdparty partners.

Requires a deepunderstanding and extensive experience with companies architecturedesign implementation and testing in support of architecturedesigns to be consumed for global deployments.

Its a constantlyevolving field and the job requires someone who can stay on top ofthe latest trends and technologies.

Experienceworking with CM implementation and servicerelatedwork

Experience working in the support field anddirect customer interactions

Strong technicalknowledge and experience with companies productportfolio

Technical working knowledge andexperience with Communication Manager Session and SystemManager

Technical working knowledge andexperience with Session Initiation Protocol

Knowledge and experience with Companies Contact Centerportfolio

  • Provide technical guidance and advice forthe operations and maintenance of the customers expansive voicenetwork to include patching upgrading and introduction of newproducts to enhance their telecommunicationposture.
  • Monitor manage and maintain voice callflow traffic across more that 300 TDMPRI / H.323 / SIP trunk groupsconnecting to products as well as other telecommunicationplatforms.
  • Migrating call flows away fromTDMPRI & H.323 trunk groups onto SIP peering connections viaAAR / ARS Analysis / Conversion tables and RoutePatterns.
  • Work with the customers O&M Teamand various other organizations to troubleshot and maintainreliable talk paths between voicenetworks.
  • Produce and maintain variouseDocuments (MSWord Excel Visio PowerPoint etc) capturing how tomanage and maintain communications within the customers voicenetwork as well as connectivity to other organizations voicenetworks.
  • Train newer voice engineers on how toperform most of the tasks listedabove.
