Responsibilities
New opportunity based in US or Canada with Bruker BioSpin for an Insides Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Will engage in the Pre-Sales phase to manage and qualify inbound leads from Marcom (inbound) and distribute to the appropriate sales representative as defined in sales rules of engagement.
Also generates new leads by identifying and initiating prospect / customer engagement (outbound), nurturing, and distributing to the appropriate Sales representative as defined in Sales Rules of Engagement.
Growth will be achieved in the broad definition of the BBIO 'After-market' product segment : will deliver targeted sales campaigns to increase market penetration with our end-to-end portfolio consisting of Consumables, Services, Software, Accessory upgrades and other Aftermarket products and Services.
Evaluate leads and take appropriate actions as described in BBIO lead management and customer relationship processes using appropriate tools.
Sales qualify" leads coming from marketing (inbound).
