Sales BDC Representative
As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and maintaining customer relationships through various communication channels. You will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various sources such as online inquiries, inbound calls, outbound calls, and email campaigns to generate sales leads.
Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline for purchase.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit the dealership/showroom or meet with a sales representative.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads to keep them engaged and informed about products, promotions, and available inventory.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established goals for lead conversion, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.
