Employee to perform all functions necessary to keep the Parts Warehouse in a clean, organized manner - including but not limited to accurately physically receiving of materials/products in order to maintain integrity of inventory control, and ensures delivery of materials/products to the proper departments and/or customers.
Helps pick, pack and tag all customer deliveries, ensure customer invoice/order number is on all parts shipments/deliveries/paperwork.
Accurately receives all incoming orders and puts inventory in the appropriate bin locations.
Checks and records quantity and quality of goods received.
Inspect, accept or reject inbound shipments.
Communicate and coordinates with appropriate teammates for product returns/repairs.
Properly inputs received material into computer system and forwards proper documentation to Warehouse Manager.
Delivers product to appropriate personnel - keep all pathways clear.
Assists in other departments as needed.
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees, supervisors and managers.
Maintain safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations.
Wear personal protective gear as necessary for the job.
This applicant is subject to Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace Policy. This position requires pre-employment testing.
Working knowledge of computerized inventory control system.
Ability to accurately complete arithmetic computations to sufficiently perform duties of the job.
