COPPERA, LLC is Hiring an Asset Manager Near Taylor, TX

Key Results Area #1 Warehouse Appearance & Management
All warehouse items must be inventoried and kept neatly on the shelves, organized and easy to locate
Weekly inventory control process to ensure COPPERA as the make ready needs to perform work.
Floor area must be kept clean and free from debris
Materials brought back from the craftworkers must be put away daily
The COPPERA vehicles are an extension of the warehouse. The above items apply to all company vehicles and is the responsibility of this position to be kept clean and organized.
Have water onsite to ensure we are meeting OSHA requirements
Key Results Area #2 Inventory and Small Tool Management
Tool Library: Have a check in/check out log for tools (just like library)
Send broken tools for repairs and make sure tools are in good operating condition. If the tool is broken, it gets replaced.
Clean and organized tool room and warehouse, overall. Keep key hidden and out of the access of craftworkers. Keys and codes are not to be provided to other team members.
Key Results Area #3 Material Management & Costing
Communication and accountability with the PM, QC, and/or office staff, to ensure all jobsite materials orders are received timely
Reviewing material orders for accuracy to prevent improper material orders and lost revenues
Reviewing invoices against the order to ensure COPPERA is paying for the materials received
Ensuring material has a place to be stored on the jobsite, cages or job boxes prior to materials being delivered to the jobsite
Work with QCs and PLs on make ready needs daily to ensure NO SUPPLY HOUSE RUNS.
Responsible for knowing and maintaining a good relationship with our vendors.
Key Results Area #4 Equipment Management
Manage all owned equipment and manage delivery, receiving and calling off equipment in a timely manner to prevent overpaying
Responsible for keeping equipment clean, this includes COPPERA vehicles.
Responsible for servicing equipment Fuelman pins Send team members to HR
Key Results Area #5 Submittals, Plans, Specs
Understanding the submittals process to ensure proper ordering and timely material deliveries
Sometimes you will be asked to perform the submittal process it is not your responsibility to keep it managed, only to understand it. Knowing how to read and understand the project plans and specs
