Brown's Automotive in Smithfield, VA is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Auto Service Advisor - Automotive Service Writer.

Your schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

As our Auto Service Advisor - Automotive Service Writer, you'll manage technician workflow, ensuring timely completion of services. Your role extends to overseeing front-end operations, providing a seamless experience for our valued customers. Your communication skills will be the driving force behind our commitment to high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

All that we need from you is the following:

• Experience writing and presenting services in the auto repair industry
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics
• Current Virginia state inspector's license is preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required!
