This role is a full time position from 8am to 4:30 pm. PURPOSE: Work and execute on all aspects of back office operations, offer consistent and friendly customer services in accord with company goals and guidelines, provide administrative support to all areas of the business and maintains contact with estimators and installers
CAPABILITIES
Arrive on time and ready to work
Experience working in CRM software managing estimates, work orders, billing etc.
Working knowledge of office technology- computers, MS Office, etc
Experience with Quickbooks
Ability to learn and accept feedback, positive and corrective
Pleasant and courteous on the phone
Be organized. Have good communication skills.
General Overview of Responsibilities:
Filing, correspondence, order materials and supplies, etc.
Assist colleagues: office staff, field installers, sales and owner
Answer phones, distribute messages, follow-up on phone messages. Represent our company in a professional manner.
Schedule estimate and work order appointments.
Send “Thank you for Referral” gifts, and document.
Update and maintain customer database.
Process credit card payments.
Type proposals and job scopes on occasion.
Cost Accounting: Job Costing, End of Month Reporting
Marketing: research, trace, print, and mail Neighborhood Cards.
Keep certain items stocked: Office supplies, marketing supplies, work order materials. Act in a timely manner on requests from other employees
