Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out client’s clothing, ensuring accurate information and proper payment handling
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist clients with laundry bags, questions, and special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other dry cleaner employees to ensure client satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles preferred
- Knowledge of dry cleaner operations and procedures is a plus
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable, especially in ENGLISH/SPANISH
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in using dry cleaner management software systems

Pay: $16.00 - $22.56 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
