Job Description:
Brooks is a rapidly growing Pest Control Company! Inside sales plays a critical role in our development and expansion while we continue to grow. We are investing generous funds into marketing and lead generation and need experienced, qualified sales reps that can close these pest control deals.
As a Brooks Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for taking both inbound and outbound calls for leads we have generated through our marketing campaigns. We need someone that is organized and can keep track of every single call they take, following up with potential deals where necessary, as well as someone that knows pest control and the sales process inside and out so that you can close deals that will result in a lifetime customer. Tasks of this job include:
Along these lines, success in a sales role here comes down to individuals understanding where they hit their roadblocks, seeking out help, and practicing and training on those things proactively to become better. We provide feedback and trainings, but you know where your biggest weaknesses are. The more you face them with us, the better you'll do in sales.

Right now during the off season, the average hourly compensation on our inside sales team is running between $35-40/hour (This is $10/hour plus commissions earned / hours worked). During the busier season (April-Nov) the average hourly wage in inside sales was $60-65/hour, our highest performing agents breaking $100/hour multiple weeks during our peak season in the summer.
